Peoria, IL Total Equipment Training NCCCO Certification

Total Equipment Training endorses the national certification program offered by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), and provides training to prepare candidates for NCCCO examinations.

The NCCCO was formed in 1995 as an independent, not-for-profit organization to establish and administer a nationwide program for the certification of crane operators. They are accredited by OSHA and ASME to meet all testing standards.

NCCCO Certification is considered the “gold” standard in crane and crane-related personnel certifications. Many states require NCCCO Certification as a pre-requisite of obtaining licensing. In order to keep fair and independent assessments of crane operators, NCCCO utilizes the International Assessment Institute (IAI) to administer testing and grade exams. NCCCO provides a list of reference materials to study to be successful in passing the exam. It is the candidate’s responsibility to obtain and study all of the reference materials.

Total Equipment Training provides candidates all of the study materials they need, classroom preparation, mock practice tests, and practical practice using the actual crane and course used for the exam to be successful in passing the exam.

We are happy to offer “open” events for individuals or smaller companies. For your corporate event, we will come to you. It is always better to test your employees on equipment they use every day and are comfortable with.

Give Total Equipment Training a call to discuss your certification needs. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and to provide your NCCCO Training and Testing.
