Total Equipment Training’s Mobile Crane training program is done onsite, so your company near Maryland and its operators can comply with OSHA’s regulations.

Regulations for crane operators in Maryland include OSHA’s General Industry Standard (29 CFR 1910) or Construction Standard (29 CFR 1926) depending on the work you are doing in Maryland.  Additionally, Maryland has adopted its own licensing requirement for crane operators (COMAR 09.12.26.01 to 09.12.26.13). Maryland regulations  include additional requirements for crane operator trainees, signal persons, and riggers.

How to Become a Certified Mobile Crane Operator in Maryland?

If you desire to become a heavy equipment crane operator then you must have complete knowledge of operating cranes and a license issued by the State of Maryland. The state of Maryland requires both a written and practical test on the type of crane being operated. Certifying agencies, such as NCCCO issue licenses upon successful written and practical examinations.

Enrolling in a course offered by a mobile crane operator training school in Maryland, especially onethat trains at your location on your own equipment, can often be a great choice for businesses. TET’s instructors teach you and your company employees everything they need to know to operate mobile cranes.  They will help you prepare for the certification exams.

Testimonials from Our clients

Hello,

I just wanted to follow up with you in regard to the recent training program Total Equipment Training conducted at our Maryland location. We are pleased to inform you that there was a 100% success rate for NCCCO certification amongst the employees who participated in your training program.

We were very satisfied with your training program and would highly recommend it to any organization seeking heavy equipment training. The difference between TET and other Maryland based training schools we’ve partnered with in the past was the fact that TET conducts the week-long training course on our site. I believe having our employees learning, training and preparing for their certification on our equipment made for a seamless and safe transition to the job site.

In addition to the thorough crane training, the TET instructors taught our group about crane signals, crane safety and rigging. As an organization that holds high standards for safety, this was an important training component for us. The TET instructors were professional and detailed. They worked individually with each trainee to make sure they were prepared for the material that they would see on the test.

Thank you for your services and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Sincerely,
Lisa Bigsby

To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to thank the Total Equipment Training instructors for the detailed and professional week long NCCCO mobile crane operator certification class they conducted this spring at our Maryland site.

We have been relying on TET for our heavy equipment training needs not only in Maryland but also across our multiple locations for a few years now and have consistently received above average results. Their knowledge, friendly and thorough trainers send the extra to make sure all trainees are fully prepared for their exams. TET makes training convenient and consistent. Not matter which office location we need to hold training for, we always know the results and lessons will be the same. When we previously worked with other off-site training schools, we found there to be a disconnect between the training materials.

With the help of Total Equipment Training, our employees are always up to date with their certifications and safe on the job site.

Thank you for services and ongoing partnership. As always, it is a pleasure working with you,

Ron Clark
