Shipping Policy for the Hard Copy Certification Manuals
Picking up at our office is not acceptable, and we do not offer curbside pickup. We offer standard USPS shipping for all orders within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Please check the product description for any specific shipping restrictions before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all physical copy manuals.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Order Processing Time
Orders purchased before 3PM EST are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy for the Total Equipment Training Physical Manual Orders
Thank you for your interest in our training manuals! We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, so we do offer returns and refunds under certain circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, the hard copy manual must be in the same condition as when it was received. You must contact our support team (via email or phone) first to receive specific instructions on how to return your unopened physical manual.
Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Hard Copy Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- The product is free of any signs of wear, damage, or use.
- All original parts, accessories, and documentation are included.
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged.
- Return must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.
Initiating an Approved Return
If your return meets the eligibility criteria stated above, please follow the instructions to complete the process:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please email sales@tet-us.com or call (610) 321-2679 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have this information ready to avoid delays:
- Name
- Address
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Purchase Date
- Prepare Your Package: Include the item and all original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to monitor for delays or issues.
Refund Policy for the Hard Copy Certification Manuals
This refund policy only applies to physical product orders, and not the digital orders. This policy also only applies to purchases made through TotalEquipmentTraining.com.
If you’ve purchased our book from a 3rd party vendor, you will need to contact them directly to facilitate your return.
Refund Eligibility
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of the content, opened manuals are not eligible for return or refund. This policy helps us protect the integrity of our copyrighted materials.
- Unopened Items: Unopened physical manuals may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs.
If your hard copy purchase meets all the eligibility for a return then, after you’ve followed all the return instructions provided, you are entitled to a refund. Once we receive your unopened and undamaged return, we will inspect your return.
Once approved, we will process a refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (this may take an additional 7-10 business days to process).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at (610) 321-2679 or sales@tet-us.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please make sure you’ve waited at least 5 business days after your tracking confirms we received your return. Make sure you are verifying the same payment method of your original payment!
